Often not. Two-zone systems in the larger Markham subdivisions depend on damper motors and a control board, and either can fail while the air conditioner itself is fine. We test the zone controls before condemning the equipment, because replacing a condenser will not fix a damper that has stopped moving.
Do you repair ductless mini-splits in Markham?
