Boiler Problems We Fix
We repair gas boilers and combi boilers in Toronto homes. These are the calls we get most.
No Heat or Cold Radiators
Some radiators stay cold, or the whole house does. Air trapped in the system, a failed circulator pump, a stuck zone valve or a boiler that will not fire are the usual causes.
No Hot Water
On a combi boiler, heat and hot water come from the same unit, so a hot water fault can be a diverter valve, a flow sensor or a scaled heat exchanger.
Pressure Dropping or Leaks
Pressure that keeps falling, water under the boiler or a dripping relief valve points to a leak, a failing expansion tank or a valve that needs replacing.
Banging or Kettling Noises
Rumbling, banging or a kettle-like sound usually means scale or sludge in the heat exchanger, or water that is not circulating the way it should.
Pilot or Ignition Faults
The boiler tries to light and locks out, or an older pilot will not stay lit. Ignition, flame sensing and gas supply all get checked.
Error Codes
Modern boilers display a fault code when something trips. Tell us the code and the model when you call so the technician arrives knowing what to look for.

Combi Boilers: Heat and Hot Water From One Unit
A combi boiler heats your radiators or in-floor loops and makes hot water on demand, from one wall-hung unit. There is no storage tank to keep hot, so nothing is heated until you need it. When a combi fits

How long does a boiler installation take?
It depends on the boiler type, whether the venting or piping has to change, and how easy the space is to work in. We give you the expected timeline with your written quote, before you commit.
