Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own is $0 down, runs 180 months, and includes maintenance, repairs and warranties for the term, with Sustain owning the equipment until you buy it out. A rental depends entirely on your contract. Whichever you choose, get the total payable, the buyout and the yearly change in writing first.

Get These Seven Answers in Writing
- The monthly payment, and exactly how it can change each year.
- The total amount payable over the whole term, and the annual percentage rate, if the agreement states one.
- The estimated retail price of the equipment, so you can compare it with a cash quote.
- The buyout amount today, and how it changes each year.
- Who owns the equipment during the term, and what happens when you sell the home.
- What repairs, parts, labour and maintenance are covered, and what is not.
- How you cancel, and your legal cancellation period.
