  • Cash back is paid directly to the customer by EFT — Megacity does not hold or issue the payment.
  • Maximum payout is $1,500, even if 10% of the eligible amount is higher.
  • Cannot be combined with any other Enbridge Sustain promotion or offer.
  • A royalty claw-back applies if the customer buys out their lease-to-own agreement within the first 6 months, following the same buyout schedule as the 6-Month Deferral program.
  • Offer runs September 14, 2026 through October 31, 2026 and is set by Enbridge Sustain, not Megacity.

What is the Enbridge Sustain 10% Cash Back promotion?
From September 14 through October 31, 2026, Enbridge Sustain is offering 10% cash back — up to a maximum of $1,500 — on eligible lease-to-own home comfort equipment and installation. Megacity HVAC is a certified Enbridge Sustain Trusted Partner, so we can set you up on a qualifying lease-to-own agreement for a furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, or water heater.
How do I actually get paid?
The cash back is paid directly to you by EFT (electronic funds transfer) from Enbridge Sustain — not through Megacity. To qualify, you need to complete 3 full bill payments on your lease-to-own agreement and have a $0 balance in arrears on your account.
Is there a limit on how much cash back I can get?
Yes. The maximum payout is $1,500, even if 10% of your equipment and installation cost works out to more than that.
Can I combine this with another Enbridge Sustain offer or rebate?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Enbridge Sustain promotion or offer. It also runs separately from government rebate programs like Home Renovation Savings — ask us which option makes the most sense for your project.
What happens if I buy out my lease early?
A clawback applies if you buy out your lease-to-own agreement within the first 6 months. It follows the same punitive buyout schedule as Enbridge Sustain’s 6-Month Deferral program, so an early buyout in that window will reduce what you net from the promotion. We’ll walk you through the buyout schedule before you sign anything.
Does Megacity control this offer or set the terms?
No. Enbridge Sustain owns the lease-to-own program, sets the terms of this promotion, and pays the cash back directly to you. Megacity HVAC is an authorized Trusted Partner dealer — we install the equipment and help you get set up, but we don’t control the offer, hold your payment, or file it on your behalf.
What equipment qualifies?
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters installed through an eligible Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own agreement. Call us and we’ll confirm your specific equipment qualifies before you commit to anything.
